incoming material inspection

Before any material enters our production line, it undergoes rigorous inspection to meet FPI's strict requirements. We verify the composition, strength, and integrity of every incoming batch to ensure only the highest-quality materials are used.

In-process monitoring

First Article Inspections (FAI)

FPI performs detailed First Article Inspections (FAI) to verify that initial production runs match design specifications. This critical process ensures that every new order meets the exacting standards required by our clients.

Dimensional Accuracy Checks

Precision is key at FPI. We employ advanced Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) to measure part dimensions to micron-level accuracy. Each part is inspected multiple times to ensure it meets the design blueprint exactly.

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
