Because Team Members are our greatest asset, we believe open lines of communication are the best approach to working together. By working openly and honestly with each other, we can all share the rewards of having a successful operation.

FPI is fully committed to treating Team Members in a fair and honest manner and to providing competitive wages, benefits, and working conditions. In keeping with this belief, our Team Member relations philosophy is based on the following principles:

  • Provide a safe and progressive working environment for our Team Members
  • Promote from within the Company when internal Team Members meet the specified job criteria.
  • Recognize individual and group achievements.
  • Maintain an open, two-way communications program between Team Members and management as a method of resolving problems.
  • Encourage Team Members to contribute their suggestions for effective and efficient operational procedures and job improvement.
  • Provide an environment where everyone’s abilities can be used to the fullest potential and where opportunities for future training and development are encouraged.
  • Ensure that fair and equal employment opportunities are extended to all persons without regard to race, color, sexual orientation, national origin, sex, pregnancy, religion, disability, age, or any other status protected by law.
